State Exclusions for Online Students
Colorado Christian University is required by the U.S. Department of Education to be in compliance with state laws regarding where we can offer distance and/or online education. The College of Adult and Graduate Studies at Colorado Christian University offers courses to online students in all states with some exceptions for specific academic programs.
CCU CAGS (College of Adult and Graduate Studies) State Restrictions:
- CAGS does not offer the Bachelor of Science in Nursing — RN to BSN Track to online students who reside in Alabama, Alaska, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
- CAGS does not offer Educator Licensure or Non-Licensure courses (Undergraduate or Graduate) to online students who reside in Hawaii, Kentucky, or Mississippi.
- CAGS does not offer the Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis for the M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to online students who reside in New Hampshire.
- CAGS does not offer the Master of Science in Nursing — Clinical Care Management in Adult and Geriatrics Track to online students who reside in Alabama, Alaska, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
- CAGS does not offer the Master of Science in Nursing — Nursing Education Track to online students who reside in Alabama, Alaska, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
- CAGS does not offer Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) courses to online students who reside in Alabama, Alaska, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
