Intentional kindness is a superpower that can improve any relationship. It's proven and simple! Pick a person for the Challenge, then for thirty days: Say nothing negative about that person – to them or about them. Find one positive thing you can praise about that person and tell them. Then, tell someone else. Do one small act of kindness for them.
